This service can be purchased in the following blocks:
- Either a 1-month period or 10 message limit whichever is reached first.
- 3-month period or 30 message limit whichever is reached first.

This service is covered either by a time frame or message limit whichever is reached first. Additional bolt-on packages can then be purchased to continue the support service. This service does not cover for large sections or chapters of your book to be reviewed but more for quick support to simple questions as you go.
We will aim to respond as soon as we can to your questions between 9am -5pm GMT however we will also respond outside of those hours within a 48 hour period.
